📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily bar operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Develop and execute beverage menus in collaboration with the head bartender.
- Train and mentor bar staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain bar equipment and supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Participate in shift planning and staff scheduling.
- Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by promoting our beverage offerings.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or bar supervisor in a high-volume restaurant.
- Proven expertise in mixology and cocktail preparation.
- Strong knowledge of beverage laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, SHE) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
