📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Conduct process mapping and documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart.
• Support the implementation of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and analyze operational performance.
• Develop and present improvement proposals and recommendations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Basic knowledge of process mapping and documentation.
