📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential customers for credit products.
• Present our credit solutions to potential customers and explain the benefits and terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and financial solutions.
• Track and monitor customer accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the marketing team on customer interactions and sales performance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our credit products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
