📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
