As a Distributor Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in our team, working closely with distributors across Bali to achieve sales targets and foster long-term partnerships. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of the FMCG landscape to negotiate favorable terms, promote our products effectively, and ensure a seamless supply chain. This role offers a unique blend of sales, relationship-building, and strategic thinking, all in one of Indonesia’s most dynamic and beautiful regions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends in the FMCG sector.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with distributors to ensure mutual benefits.
• Promote Staffinc Group products through presentations, demos, and marketing materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to meet customer demand.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales team and management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and showcase our products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the FMCG sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on FMCG or retail.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors and customers.
• Proficiency in using sales tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
• Familiarity with the FMCG industry and understanding of consumer behavior.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
