- Lead the digital transformation strategy for Geohan, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Oversee the implementation of digital solutions, including BIM (Building Information Modeling), IoT (Internet of Things), and AI (Artificial Intelligence).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve project delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the construction industry.
- Foster a culture of innovation and digital excellence within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Represent Geohan at industry events and conferences.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation, with a proven track record in the construction industry.
- Certifications in BIM, IoT, or AI are a plus.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to travel for business purposes.
