📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit and hire new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.,Manage employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training programs.,Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing.,Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes.,Coordinate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement and well-being.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
