As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.,Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.,Design and execute test plans and test cases to identify and resolve issues before they reach the end user.,Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that quality assurance is integrated into the software development lifecycle.,Monitor and analyze test results and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other teams to ensure that quality assurance is integrated into the overall project plan and timeline.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing.,Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders on the progress of quality assurance efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing, with a focus on web and mobile applications.,Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies, including Selenium, Appium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.,Familiarity with cloud-based testing tools and platforms is a plus.
