📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain a fleet of motorcycles, ensuring they are in good working condition for daily deliveries.
• Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently, adhering to strict time constraints.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers, maintaining high standards of service.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance to optimize costs and ensure reliability.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a motorcycle courier or similar role.
• Valid motorcycle driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of Bali's geography and traffic patterns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair of motorcycles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
