📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management of inventory, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.
• Support the logistics and distribution processes, ensuring that orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
• Monitor and maintain our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WooCommerce, to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in E-Commerce and FMCG.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the E-Commerce or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
