Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve operational issues.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and regulatory agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using operational software and tools, such as ERP systems, CRM software, and project management tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
