A*STAR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Scientist to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. This role is part of our cutting-edge project focused on the development of Gallium Nitride (GaN) device technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and optimization of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD) process modules. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of semiconductor technology in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development and optimization of ALD and PECVD process modules for GaN device fabrication.,Conduct research and experiments to improve process performance and yield.,Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process modules into the overall GaN device fabrication flow.,Provide technical support and training to team members.,Publish and present research findings at conferences and in technical journals.,Participate in project planning and management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in ALD or PECVD process development.,Strong background in semiconductor process technology, particularly for GaN devices.,Experience with process control and optimization techniques.,Proficient in data analysis and statistical process control.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
