📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential sites for our projects.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess suitability.,Negotiate with site owners and stakeholders to secure sites.,Prepare and submit acquisition proposals and contracts.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth site acquisition process.,Monitor and report on site acquisition progress and performance.,Stay updated with local regulations and market trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with site owners and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of local real estate market in Makassar and surrounding areas.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
