📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing inventory and stock levels using software like SAP or similar systems.
• Processing and verifying purchase orders and invoices.
• Assisting in the organization and execution of promotional events and sales.
• Providing excellent customer service to both staff and customers.
• Maintaining accurate records and reports for daily operations.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with the preparation and organization of the store for opening and closing.
• Participating in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
