📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and execution of architectural designs, ensuring they align with client requirements and project specifications.
Prepare and maintain detailed architectural drawings and models using industry-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure cohesive and innovative project outcomes.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and inform design decisions.
Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations.
Support project management tasks, including scheduling, cost estimation, and client communications.
Contribute to the studio’s creative process, from initial concept to final construction.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction drawings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
Understanding of Balinese architectural styles and traditional building techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative design.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
