📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily bar operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Develop and execute beverage menus in collaboration with the head bartender.
• Train and mentor bar staff to ensure high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain bar equipment and supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in shift planning and staff scheduling.
• Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by promoting our beverage offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or bar supervisor in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven expertise in mixology and cocktail preparation.
• Strong knowledge of beverage laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, SHE) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
