Apotek Sari Butik is seeking a dedicated Deputy General Affairs to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the General Affairs department in managing various administrative and operational aspects of the pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative work, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the pharmacy's administrative operations, including inventory, purchasing, and supplier relations.,Support the General Affairs department in organizing and coordinating various events and activities within the pharmacy.,Maintain and update the pharmacy's records and databases.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Support the department in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
