Apotek Maya Auto Service is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Deputy Shop Assistant to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a keen eye for detail. As a Deputy Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and auto service center.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Shop Assistant in managing the pharmacy inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Assist in the preparation and packaging of customer orders.,Support the Shop Assistant in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in the management of the auto service center, including customer check-ins and check-outs.,Provide basic auto service support, such as oil changes and tire rotations.,Assist in the maintenance of the pharmacy and auto service center equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with pharmacy operations and procedures.,Basic knowledge of auto service and maintenance.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
