🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Ethics, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ethics and compliance, with a proven track record in designing and implementing ethics programs.
• Certifications in ethics and compliance (e.g., Certified Professional in Compliance, Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using ethics management software such as Compliance Quest or Ethics360.
