With your expertise in HRIS (like BambooHR or Workday), you will streamline our HR processes, making them more efficient and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Lead talent development programs, including training and career growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Utilize HRIS tools like BambooHR or Workday to streamline HR processes.
• Conduct regular HR audits and provide insights for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in strategic HR and people management.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
