HR Generalist

Join our dynamic team at Bumi Optima Lestari, a modern startup in the agricultural sector. We're looking for a passionate HR Generalist to help us grow and thrive in Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah.

In this role, you'll be the heart of our HR operations, working closely with our team to ensure everyone is happy, engaged, and supported. You'll handle everything from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.
• Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.
• Organize and facilitate training and development programs.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
