Makmur Hana Fruit is looking for a dedicated and efficient Cashier to join our team in Jakarta. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. We are a fruit company that focuses on quality and customer satisfaction.

As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. You will handle transactions, manage customer inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Handle cash transactions and manage customer payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and workspace.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for sales and customer service.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
