As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and checkout processes.,Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.,Manage inventory levels, including stocking shelves and reporting shortages.,Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets.,Participate in store promotions, events, and customer engagement activities.,Perform remote tasks such as data entry, customer follow-ups, and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
