📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver engaging Japanese language lessons for students of all ages.
• Create and update lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other teachers and educational professionals to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
• Participate in teacher training and professional development opportunities.
• Promote Japanese culture and language through various activities and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Adhere to JEI's policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field.
• JLPT N2 or higher certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Japanese language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Japanese.
• Knowledge of Indonesian culture and language is a plus.
• Valid teaching license or certification is a plus.
