📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities,Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners,Assist in the preparation and presentation of business proposals,Support the sales team in achieving targets and quotas,Provide administrative support to the business development team,Assist in the organization and execution of business events and meetings,Provide input and suggestions for improving business processes and strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a business development or sales role,Strong understanding of the tea industry and market trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
