📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and workflows.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner.,Participate in training and development programs for operational staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations field.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other operational management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
