📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Ensure technical accuracy and clarity of documentation,Review and edit technical content to meet quality standards,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools,Assist in the creation of user guides, manuals, and other technical resources,Provide support to customers and internal teams through technical documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to explain complex concepts clearly,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
