📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and execution of scientific experiments
• Collect and analyze data using laboratory equipment such as microscopes, spectrophotometers, and chromatographs
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Document and record experimental results and data
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for research findings
• Support the laboratory manager in quality control and assurance processes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of research strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in scientific research and analysis
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software such as LabVIEW, Microsoft Excel, and common laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
