📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and coordinate the work of data entry staff.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entries.,Develop and implement data entry procedures and standards.,Monitor data entry processes to identify and resolve issues.,Train and mentor junior staff on data entry best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software.,Generate reports and analyze data entry performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and management.,Strong knowledge of data entry software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven leadership and team management experience.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
