📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
• Perform and supervise a variety of laboratory tests and analyses.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.
• Train and mentor junior laboratory staff.
• Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of laboratory performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Valid certification or license as a Laboratory Technician.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
