📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
• Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain consistent service quality.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
• Promote and implement new ideas to improve restaurant operations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
