📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily sales operations to meet targets.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of sales and cash transactions.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff in sales and cash handling procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.,Monitor and report sales performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cash handling roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
