📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Mandarin language to children aged 4-12 years old, focusing on interactive and engaging teaching methods.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and national standards.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them improve their language skills.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies.
• Organize and lead Mandarin language activities, such as cultural events, story-telling sessions, and language games, to enrich the learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, grades, and participation in Mandarin language classes.
• Promote a positive and respectful classroom environment, fostering a love for the Mandarin language and Chinese culture among the students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Mandarin language program for children.
• Strong knowledge of the Mandarin language, including pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Experience in teaching Mandarin to children aged 4-12 years old.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as SmartKid, Kidskonnect, or similar platforms.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for the Mandarin language and Chinese culture among young learners.
