In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our production processes and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and coordinate production processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Provide support to the production manager in planning and scheduling activities.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry.,Proven track record of managing production processes and ensuring quality standards.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
