Crystal Local Indonesia is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and driving the company's growth in the logistics and supply chain industry.

This is a full-time position located in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Raya, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 11.000.000 to Rp 21.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and logistics team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve processes and reduce costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and exceed service expectations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or warehouse industry.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
