📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Train and mentor sales teams to improve performance and achieve targets.,Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software tools.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
