📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding boiler systems.,Assist in the sales process by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.,Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of customer requests.,Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to our products and services.,Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and services.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales in the boiler system industry.,Strong technical knowledge of boiler systems and related technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
