📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure the achievement of organizational goals.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the company.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the business.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, and make recommendations for improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.,Lead and participate in the development of the company's vision and mission.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.,Strong financial acumen and experience in financial analysis and reporting.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
