📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 2 and 3 IT support to employees and departments.,Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain system performance and security.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Train and support end-users on IT systems and applications.,Manage and coordinate IT projects and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with IT regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in IT support tools and software.,Experience with network infrastructure and security.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
