Create accurate and efficient patterns for fashion and apparel collections,Work closely with designers, garment technicians, and production teams to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and fit,Develop and implement new pattern making techniques and processes,Troubleshoot and solve problems in a fast-paced environment,Ensure that patterns are up-to-date with the latest fashion trends,Maintain and organize pattern files and records,Conduct quality control checks on patterns and finished garments,Provide training and support to junior pattern makers and other team members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern making for fashion and apparel,Strong understanding of pattern making techniques and software (e.g., Gerber Accumark, Optitex, Lectra),Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently,Experience with garment construction and fit analysis,Familiarity with international fashion trends and standards,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
