📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of aestheticians, nurses, and medical professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, treatments, and follow-ups using our clinic management software, such as Practice Fusion or EMR.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, and maintain accurate records of all treatments and patient interactions.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of your team, and provide ongoing support and mentorship.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, such as patient satisfaction scores and treatment outcomes, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and promote our medical aesthetics services, and drive patient growth.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the medical aesthetics industry, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into your practice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing, aesthetics, or a medical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the medical aesthetics industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics procedures, including injectables, lasers, and skin rejuvenation treatments.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine (ABAM) or the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing a medical aesthetics practice.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software, such as Practice Fusion or EMR, and other relevant tools, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
