You’ll also be the first point of contact for residents, providing assistance and ensuring their needs are met. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the luxury apartment complex is always immaculate.
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist with the upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and recreational facilities.
• Ensure the safety and security of the property by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Follow and adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
