📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our fertilizer products, targeting farmers and distributors in Sumatera Selatan.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the fertilizer industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including farmers, distributors, and agricultural cooperatives.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and agricultural events to showcase our products and network with industry professionals.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to educate and engage our target audience.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination between marketing and sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the fertilizer marketing sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in the agribusiness or fertilizer industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian agricultural market and the challenges faced by farmers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
