As a PhilHealth Claims Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, handling all aspects of claims processing for our patients. This role is crucial in ensuring that our patients receive timely and accurate reimbursements, which is essential for maintaining their trust and satisfaction. You will work closely with our medical staff, patients, and insurance providers to ensure a smooth and efficient claims process.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and manage PhilHealth claims for patients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with medical staff to gather necessary documentation for claims processing.
- Communicate with patients to address any issues or concerns regarding their claims.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve any discrepancies in claims.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all claims processed.
- Stay updated with the latest PhilHealth policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new staff on claims processing procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the claims processing system.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in claims processing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of PhilHealth claims processing system and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Certification in PhilHealth claims processing is a plus.
